‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ has an excellent first weekend

Neeraj Pandey‘s ‘M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story’ is winning hearts (and money) everywhere. The film, after its first weekend, grossed Rs 62 crore; and is still going strong.

Throughout weekend, the MS Dhoni biopic recorded strong footfall and witnessed strong occupancy, especially in multiplexes and considerably good crowd in single screen theaters too.

On Friday and Saturday, the film respectively earned Rs 20 crore and Rs 19 crore. The makers invested about Rs 90 crore in it, which it is expected to exceed in seven more days.
