Ammy Virk recently released his new single Busy Getting Paid with rapper Divine, and post that, the actor-singer got into a conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar where he opened up about his collaboration with the rapper. He discussed the acceptance of Punjabi cinema pan-India and the region’s rise nationwide. Ammy spoke about his entry into Hindi films and the failures of Ajay Devgn led Bhuj and Ranveer Singh’s ’83. He also discussed his working experience with Vicky Kaushal in his next, co-starring Triptii Dimri. Ammy Virk shared how Diljit Dosanjh has made it easier for him to work in Bollywood and how he is considered for the roles Diljit passes on. He discussed Diljit’s recent stint at Coachella and feeling proud of the success of Punjabi artists in Hindi cinema. He expressed his desire to work with Deepika Padukone and Shraddha Kapoor, and concluded by blasting Hindi cinema for stereotyping of Sardars and their offensive portrayals at times.
