When asked for his reaction to playing late Mr Ratan Tata in his biopic, Jim Sarbh answered, “That would be great. Yeah, I saw pictures of him when he was young, there is a vague similarity. Yeah, I’d love to play it. It would be a great role.”

About Jim Sarbh Playing Ratan Tata

Jim Sarbh is being rumoured to be cast in a documentary-style biopic about Ratan Tata, produced by Zee Studios. The film will explore Tata’s leadership of the Tata Group and his philanthropic efforts, featuring a star-studded cast including Boman Irani, Abhay Deol, Ishwak Singh, and Naseeruddin Shah.

Earlier, Zee Studios officially announced their plans to create a biopic about Ratan Tata’s life. At the same time, some fans are excited to see his story unfold on the big screen and learn more about his journey. As of now, the production team has not confirmed any cast members for the project. In an online discussion, a user asked who should be cast as Tata. While many agreed that no one could perfectly capture Tata’s appearance, some suggested Jim Sarbh as a fitting choice. Another user proposed that Boman Irani and Naseeruddin Shah could portray the senior Tata, with Jim playing the younger version.
