EXCLUSIVE: Pooja Gor Reveals Working For Long Hours In Television As She Talks About Pratigya Popularity, Says, “I Don’t Know How It Is Today”

Actress Pooja Gor stepped into showbiz with popular show Pratigya that made her a household. Post her stint in the show, the actress went on to work in movies and web shows. However, even today that character is etched in the hearts of the audience. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Bubble, Pooja Gor recalls being on Pratigya sets and shares how she even worked for longer hours.

When asked about the popularity of Pratigys, Pooja gushed, “I still cannot believe its been 13 years that show ended and I still get recognized as pratigya. It is one of those characters that is that I get most recognized for. It’s given me the most amount of love. It’s given me the name and the fame that I have. The only thing that I can say is I’m truly truly grateful to God that I got to be a part of that show.”

Pooja Gor on working for long hours in television

Talking about how it is working on TV sets and do long working hours impct, the actress says, “Honestly, I don’t know how it is today because, it’s been a very long time since I’ve been on a television set. But from my experience, I can say I am still a workaholic. I love, the format of daily soap where you have to go shoot every single day or at least twenty to twenty five days a month. I’ve always loved it. We used to work for longer hours than what we were supposed to as well. But that was because it was required to fulfil, or rather deliver the content for telecast. And everybody on set thoroughly enjoyed because when you’ve been on set with a bunch of people for such a long time and every single day for consecutive months, you become a family.”

The actress is now seen in Adrishyam with Eijaz Khan on Sony LIV.
