EXCLUSIVE: Sai Ketan Rao Visits Sai Baba’s Temple In Shirdi Ahead Of Suraag 2.0; Says, “It Was Something I Wanted To Do”

Ahead of Suraag 2.0, Sai Ketan Rao visited Shirdi with some of the team members to seek Sai Baba’s blessings. The actor shared that the visit was a special one for him, especially as the team came together before the release of the new cop drama.

Sai Ketan Rao On Visiting Shirdi Ahead Of Suraag 2.0’s Release

As per Sai Ketan Rao, the idea of visiting Shirdi was not planned and was something which came as an idea to him spontaneously as the show drew closer to its release. He was happy that the idea came out to be successful as most members of his team also joined him to the temple. Ketan said, “Such divine thoughts are indeed spontaneous as it struck me out of nowhere. It was something I wanted to do and am glad that it came true with most of our team together.”

Ketan further added that as the team did not think about visiting Shirdi when they started working on the project, they had the best reason to meet up and visit Shirdi as the Sai Baba’s blessings would help the show reach far and wide. Besides, it was also a great opportunity for him to have some free time and spend it with the wonderful team that he worked together during the making of the series.

Rao shared, “I do understand it wasn’t something we thought about when we began with the project. As the release date approached, we felt that it will be a great idea to get together, have Sai Baba’s Darshan and seek his blessings for the show. For me, it was also a great opportunity to have some free time and spend it with the wonderful team I got to work with.”

Ketan: I Hope The Audience Connects To The Show

As the second season of Suraag draws closer to its release, Sai Ketan Rao is very keen to know the audience’s feedback about the show and his performance. For him, the best part would be for the viewers to connect to the story and acknowledge the efforts put in for the making of the show. “More than anything, I hope that the audience connects to the show and appreciates the effort put in by everyone. I hope it brings love and appreciation for all the people who have been a part of this journey,” said Sai Ketan.
