Sai Ketan Rao is not the kind of actor who lets the noise dictate his path. After winning hearts in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali, Chashni, Imlie, and later as a finalist on Bigg Boss OTT 3, one might have expected him to ride the wave of visibility, being papped at events, attending every party, and soaking in the spotlight. Instead, Sai chose silence, discipline, and a journey of self-transformation. While many of his contemporaries leaned into instant fame, he went back to basics, preparing himself for the next chapter of his career with remarkable focus.
Sai Ketan Rao Reveals Why He Keeps A Low Profile Post Bigg Boss OTT 3
Talking about his physical transformation to Bollywood Bubble, Sai says, “I’ve always believed that an actor’s body is also a tool of expression. After Bigg Boss OTT 3, I felt the need to push myself further, both physically and mentally. The transformation wasn’t just about looking different; it was about discipline, health, and pushing boundaries.”
His dedication shows not just in the results, but in the process: a strict high-protein diet, structured weight training, daily cardio, meditation, and timely rest. He says, “The biggest motivation was knowing that my audience deserves to see me give my hundred percent in every role.”

For Sai, the change wasn’t only physical; he says, “When you commit to a routine that demands consistency, you start to see how discipline in one area influences everything else. As an actor, it taught me to be more patient, more focused, and to never shy away from discomfort, because growth always happens there.” Even when asked about keeping a low profile post-Bigg Boss, his clarity stands out. He says, “Fame without substance doesn’t hold much value. Visibility can give you a moment, but only your performance can give you longevity.”
Sai’s journey is a reminder that true stardom is not built on constant visibility but on consistent growth. By prioritising his craft over clout and discipline over distractions, he is carving a space for himself as an actor who refuses to be ordinary.
