From Surbhi Jyoti to Rubina Dilaik: TV actors who are all set to enter Bollywood

Krystle D’Souza, who was seen in popular TV show Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai, Ekk Nayi Pehchaan, Belan Wali Bahu, and others, recently made her big-screen debut with Chehre. The actress, in an interview with Bollywood bubble, expressed how excited she was to share screen space with the megastar, Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi.

Surbhi Jyoti, who is best known for her role in the TV show Qubool Hai, will mark her Bollywood entry with a Hindi film called Kya Meri Sonam Gupta Bewafa Hai?. The first look poster of the film was released a few days ago and it will premiere on Zee5. She will be seen opposite renowned Punjabi music artist Jassie Gill. The film is said to be a romantic comedy and it also stars Nilu Kohli, vijay raaz, Bijendra Kala, Atul Shrivastava, and late Surekha Sikri and Brijendra Kala.

Lakshya, who is famous for his roles in TV shows like Adhuri Kahani Humari, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, and Porus, got a dream debut with Dharma Productions. The actor is debuting with Karan Johar’s production venture Dostana 2. In 2019, Johar tweeted a photo of Lakshaya and wrote, “Both happy and excited to introduce the new kid on the Dharma block! LAKSHYA will be making his debut with us in #DOSTANA2 and from thereon, we hope to start a solid cinematic journey together! Please welcome #Lakshya and shower him with all your love and blessings…”

After ruling the roost of the TV industry for more than a decade, Rubina Dilaik will make her Bollywood debut with a movie titled Ardh. The film will be directed by Palaash Muchhal, and it also stars Hiten Tejwani and Rajpal Yadav. Check out the poster right below.

Aayush Sharma and Salman Khan starrer Antim: The Final Truth to feature Mahima Makwana. The actress is best known for her roles Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke and Dil Ki Baatein Dil Hi Jaane among others. As per reports, Balika Vadhu star Avika Gor was about to make her Bollywood debut in this Salman Khan’s Antim, however, she was replaced with Mahima. While Mahima has been paired opposite Aayush Sharma, Saiee Manjrekar has been roped in to play the love interest of Salman Khan.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Samthaan had revealed that he will soon be seen on the silver screen. “There is a good plan and if I have to put it in short, pre-production is going on and the script work is going on. They’re making sure that everything is being locked, apart from the cast, the music director, art director or the DOP for that matter.”
