Dhanush is currently grabbing the headlines for his Netflix film Jagame Thandhiram. Again, a good news for all the Dhanush’s fans out there. He will be collaborating with director Sekhar Kammula for a film, which is expected to go on floors later this year. It is a trilingual film that will be simultaneously shot in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. It will be backed by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP.

Trade analyst and film critic, Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on his Twitter handle. He wrote “DHANUSH – SEKHAR KAMMULA JOIN HANDS… #NationalAward winners #Dhanush and director #SekharKammula team up for the first time… The film – not titled yet – will be shot simultaneously in #Tamil, #Telugu and #Hindi… Produced by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao. DHANUSH – SEKHAR KAMMULA FILM: The remaining star cast and technical team will be announced soon… Will go on floors this year… Sonali Narang presents. #Dhanush #SekharKammula #Tamil, #Telugu #Hindi (sic).”

Going by the reports, the film is said to be a breezy entertainer and the makers are looking to hire top technicians and actors across the country.

Director Sekhar Kammula is currently busy with his Telugu film Love Story, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi. He will be working on Dhanush’s film after he wraps up Love Story.

Dhanush was last seen in director Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan. The National Award-winning actor will be next seen in Atrangi Re and The Gray Man.
