BLINKS rejoice as BLACKPINK makes debut on Weverse; Jennie and Lisa drop cute pics

BLACKPINK is one of the biggest K-pop girl groups in the business. The members Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rose have a huge fan following. While the BLACKPINK girls are always interacting with their BLINKS (fandom name) they have come one step closer to the fans as BLACKPINK made their debut on Weverse today. Weverse is majorly known to be a platform for BTS ARMY to interact with the boys as the app was developed by HYBE Corporation (previously known as BigHit Entertainment) but apart from them many artists connect with their fans on the platform. While BLINKS were eagerly waiting for the girls to make their Weverse debut, they cannot keep calm that the day has finally come. Not just that, members Jennie and Lisa also dropped their first post and BLINKS can’t get over their cute pictures.

Jennie was the first one from the K-pop group to share her pictures as she wanted to commemorate her day 1 on Weverse. Next up was Lisa who made BLINKS and Lilies go crazy with her cutesy picture. The group has already gained 500k followers within hours of their debut.

Seeing their posts, BLINKS took to Twitter to celebrate the day as one of them wrote, “BLACKPINK IS NOW ON WEVERSE!!! OMG OT4 I miss them so much! They look so good! ???? ,” another BLINK wrote, “I can’t believe Jennie and Lisa were the first ones to post on Weverse. I was expecting other members to post early, but Lisa even posting earlier than Jisoo? Wow baby ? Hopefully this will not be your first and last post this year haha.” One more fan wrote, “Always with you no matter what ??.”

Meanwhile, Lilies are also excited as Lisa will finally make her solo debut. Korean music streaming service Melon has confirmed that Lisa will be making her solo debut in August. Jennie and Rose are also working on new music while Jisoo is waiting for the release of her K- Drama Snowdrop.
