Bhumi Pednekar: Don’t take any step in my career without speaking to Aditya Chopra

Looks like 2017 will be a great year for Bhumi Pednekar. With two films in her kitty, the actress is working hard to make her own mark in the industry. She names a couple of people who are an indispensable part of this journey. One of them is YRF honcho Aditya Chopra!

She will be next seen in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Toilet – Ek Prem Katha’ and says Chopra is mighty impressed after watching the rush and has asked her not to sign any film without asking him!

“I have two films this year. But I am not on a signing spree. I want to finish one project and move on to my next film. And I don’t take any step in my career without speaking to Adi Sir about it. He is a part of every decision I make. I have a conversation with him on everything. For Adi Sir and YRF it has always been quality over quantity. It’s not just as an actor but I have such immense love and respect for Adi sir as he has changed my life. He and Shanoo (Sharma, casting director) have shown such faith in me that I can’t say yes to anything without speaking to them,” she told a popular website.

Not just Bhumi, but Chopra can be credited for shaping the careers of a number of prominent actresses of recent time, including Anushka Sharma and Parineeti Chopra.
