Fraud case against Sussanne Khan quashed!

In the month of June, a case was filed against entrepreneur and Hrithik Roshan’s estranged wife, Sussanne Khan for not delivering the work on time. Emgee Properties had filed a case in Panaji police station charging a fraud case of Rs 1.87 crore against Sussanne. But a latest update on the same states that the criminal case filed against her has been quashed.

Sussanne took to Twitter to post this news. In a series of tweets, Sussane expressed her happiness on this decision of High Court. She tweeted,

My Petition allowed by Goa bench of The Bombay high court. Criminal complaint filed by emgee properties has been quashed by the high court.

The Emgee Properties had stated in their petition that Sussanne falsely claimed herself to be an architect to bag the project and then failed to deliver the work on time.
