Woah! Vidya Balan reunites with ‘Hum Paanch’ star cast during Zee silver jubilee celebrations

As the release of her upcoming movie ‘Kahaani 2’ is coming near, actress Vidya Balan is running busy with the promotions of this suspense thriller. But on Friday, the actress perhaps went into a nostalgic mode as she reunited with the star cast of serial ‘Hum Paanch’. Many of her fans would know that the ‘Paa’ actress had started off her innings as an actor on Indian Television, ‘Hum Paanch’ being her first project. Vidya met her onscreen mother actress Shoma Anand and sisters played by Vandana Pathak and Bhairavi Raichura here.

The occasion of this reunion was the silver jubilee celebrations of Zee channel which had aired this sitcom in the mid-90s. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, this TV sitcom is still considered to be a cult show on Indian TV screens. Definitely, an unforgettable event for the ardent fans of this show, here we bring the pictures of this mad family’s reunion.
