The notice concerns defamatory social media posts that he claims have caused significant harm. Shortly after singer Kenishaa Francis took legal action to condemn the surge of negative comments and online defamation she faced in connection with actor Ravi Mohan’s marital separation, a new development has emerged. Ravi Mohan Files Defamation Case Against Wife Aarti Ravi And Mother-In-Law

In a now-deleted Instagram post, Ravi Mohan announced that he has initiated a civil suit against Aarti Ravi and Sujatha in the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. He claims that their defamatory posts have severely impacted his reputation and mental well-being. The lawsuit seeks not only monetary damages but also immediate removal of all alleged defamatory material from their social media profiles. Ravi has specifically requested that any posts referencing or tagging his name be taken down until the dispute is resolved.

The notice also extends to third-party content creators and meme pages, demanding they remove any posts, videos, blogs, or images related to Ravi’s marital issues. The aim, as stated in the suit, is to prevent further misinformation and character assassination.

This dispute arose after Ravi publicly announced in September last year that he was ending his 15-year marriage to Aarti. Aarti responded, claiming she and their two children, Aarav and Ayaan Ravi, were unaware of the decision. The family crisis has generated intense public speculation, with allegations that Kenishaa Francis was involved in their separation. Aarti has publicly accused her of causing the breakdown of their marriage.
