RRR song Naatu Naatu creates HISTORY as it wins the Best Original Song award at Oscars 2023

Monday morning has begun on a big high for India as the much-loved song Naatu Naatu from RRR finally wins the much-awaited golden statuette at the Oscars 2023. The song had been a favourite at the international award season and took over the world by storm. Now it has the highest international film laurel to show for it as well.

After winning the Golden Globes amongst other international awards, RRR song Naatu Naatu bagged its biggest honour with the song winning the Best Original Song award at Oscars 2023. Composer MM Keeravani and lyricist Chandrabose went on stage to accept the award. In his acceptance speech, Keeravani expressed his gratitude with a song and shared how it is a dream come true for all India. He thanked director SS Rajamouli too through his song.

Deepika Padukone introduces Naatu Naatu on Oscars stage

Deepika Padukone also brought glory to India at Oscars this year as she was invited to be a presenter. The actress looked stunning in a black gown. She got the honour to introduce Naatu Naatu, leading to its live performance at the stage. The performance even received a standing ovation once it was finished.

Ram Charan and Jr NTR call it a big moment for India
