Telugu actor Akkineni Nagarjuna is all set to celebrate his 67th birthday on August 29. To mark the occasion, he was recently spotted flying out of Hyderabad with his family for a birthday vacation. Videos captured by paparazzi show Chaitanya approaching Nagarjuna and Amala, with Sobhita reaching out first for a hug with Nagarjuna and then with Amala, all smiles. Another clip shows Sobhita animatedly chatting with Amala as they walk through the airport, with Chaitanya and Nagarjuna following behind.

Fans also noticed the absence of Nagarjuna’s son Akhil Akkineni and his wife Zainab Ravdjee from the videos, sparking curiosity about whether they are joining the vacation.

Nagarjuna’s Projects

Nagarjuna’s upcoming work includes his 100th film, titled King 100, directed by Ra Karthik, with a first glimpse set to be released on his birthday. The film is backed by Annapurna Studios and will feature a reunion with actress Tabu, marking their first collaboration since the 1990s. Nagarjuna’s recent films include Kuberaa (2025) and the Tamil film Coolie, alongside Rajinikanth, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh.

Regarding his family, Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. After their separation in 2021, Chaitanya is now dating actress Sobhita Dhulipala, whom he met through Nagarjuna. The couple made their relationship official in 2024. They dated privately since 2022, and recently got engaged and married at Annapurna Studios. As per reports, Sobhita is also expecting her first child, adding joy to the family celebrations.
