Actor Neha Marda was recently hospitalised due to pregnancy complications in her final trimester. A couple of photos were also shared on her Instagram straight from the hospital bed and was reported that she will be under doctor’s surveillance. Well, now, we have learned that Neha is blessed with a baby girl. In a recent interview, Neha revealed her daughter was a premature baby.

The Balika Vadhu actor revealed that she had complications after she got pregnant but now, she overcame the phase. Both mother and daughter are doing fine. “My BP became a concern soon after I got pregnant and it went erratic in the fifth month. Our doctor has prepared us for it in advance. Complications were expected but fortunately, everything went about fine. I’m glad the phase is over and I have been blessed with a beautiful daughter. Both of us are doing fine,” Neha told ETimes.
Neha on having a premature baby
“I am hoping to be discharged by the end of this week and my daughter in a fortnight. I am yet to hold my child and gaze at her lovingly. She was with me briefly before she had to be moved to NICU being a premature baby. She has to put on some weight,” the Doli Armaanon Ki actor told the portal.
Speaking about the name of the baby, Neha said, “We are contemplating a couple of names. In our family, its the bua’s job to name the child and we have been busy sending our requests to her. I am sure she will do a great job at it. We are looking at a name that starts with A.”
Neha Marda and her husband Aayushman Agrawal got married in 2012 and announced pregnancy after 10 years of marriage. The couple announced their pregnancy in October 2022.
