Bigg Boss 17: Ekta Kapoor DEFENDS Ankita Lokhande after Sandiip Sikcand’s viral post, calls her ‘best lead ever’

Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain are most loved contestants of Bigg Boss 17. Recently, Ankita Lokhande and Firoza Khan aka Khanzaadi indulged in a heated argument. During the fight, the rapper made a comment on TV actors that left Pavitra Rishta actress fuming. Coming out in her support, several celebrities like Rashami Desai, Kamya Panjabi, and Hina Khan have reacted to it. Now, producer Ekta R Kapoor came out in her support and called Ankita Lokhande best lead actor.

Ekta Kapoor roots for Ankita Lokhande

The actor-producer duo has a long association as Ankita was lead in Pavitra Rishta which was produced by Ekta. Calling her the best actor, Ekta wrote, “Most professional actor Iv worked with one of the d best leads ever! Hope u winn! Sorry for the late wishes @lokhandeankita and @jainvick”.

 This reaction of Ekta Kapoor comes after Sandiip Sikcand questioned TV actors of professionalism and targeted Ankita. He wrote, “All these TV actors who are suddenly talking about their LOVE for TV and their profession… I wonder where does that love go when they dole out 3 & 4 hours (of the agreed 12 hours) for a shoot, when they demand script changes, when they have ridiculous demands on dialogues and at the end of it, if they sign a film or an event or even an ad, the TV commitment goes straight out of the window.” He went on to say, “So my request is to kindly SHUT UP! There are just very few actors who genuinely respect & acknowledge TV & they never have to shout and make a scene about it… #theloudestvoiceisnotalwaystrue.”

Salman Khan Bigg Boss 17 house is divided into three rooms Dil, Dimaag and Dum. It airs every night on Colors TV at 10 pm followed by Weekend Ka Vaar.
