Ekta Kapoor trolled for deciding to kill Prerna’s character in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’; netizens say, “Stop repeating old concepts”

Currently, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ is creating a lot of buzz among the fans after Ekta Kapoor shared the new promo of the show, where Anurag (Parth Samthaan) is seen killing Prerna (Erica Fernandes) by pushing her off the terrace. Sharing the video, Ekta captioned it, “BANG BANG!my baby shot me down! BANG BANG I hit the ground BANG BANG …my baby shot me down #AnuNePreKoKyonMaara.”

Confirming this Ekta Kapoor told Mumbai Mirror, “Anurag and Prerna are among the most loved pairs from the small screen, but now viewers will see betrayal at its peak.” This twist in the tale has disappointed the fans of the show as the makers have made Anurag the villain who killed Prerna.

One user commented, “Kabhi toh chain se jeeene doh maaate???? kya mang rahe hai hum? Bas 1-2 week hi na of Anupre with their Cutiepie? Itna behrehem humare Anupre ke liye hi kyun” while one wrote, “It’s 2020, still you are running the same old concept in all ur serials . Aage kab badhoge”.
