EXCLUSIVE: Hina Khan completes 12 years, recounts the ups and downs

Hina Khan completes 12 years in the industry today. The diva who started off as the queen of Television as Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) has today become a sensation globally. The milestones Hina has achieved in the past few years has been unparalleled, and the actress is moving forward to achieve much more. Be it films, web shows or TV, Hina’s name has become synonyms to breaking barriers. In an exclusive chat, Hina opened up on completing 12 years in the industry and how did she manage to maintain her numero uno position despite the ups and downs.

Hina shared, “A life without challenges is not a life lived. Just like everybody else, I too have faced numerous ups and downs in this 12 year long journey, but all of them have been stepping stones to something bigger and better. They have all taught me so much, taught me what to take forward and what to leave behind, and I can’t thank these challenges enough for making me the strong, Independent, hardworking, fearless and determined woman that I am today.”

The actress recently received an International Award for her movie Lines which has been gaining lots of critical acclaim at Film Festivals.
