Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein starring Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh in the lead role is one of the top-rated shows on Indian Television. The show managed to make it to the top 5 in its first month itself. This time though the fans have been trending Boycott GHKPM on Twitter. Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein traces the journey of three people who are intertwined by destiny. While Sai is forced to marry Virat due to the circumstances, Pakhi, who is also married, finds it difficult to move on from Virat. With this complex plot in the middle, fans have been for months been expressing their discomfort about scenes between Virat and Pakhi. That said, a few regressive dialogues and words shown in the series recently have evidently rubbed viewers the wrong way.

The last episode for Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein showed the maternal head of the family forcing Virat to feed Pakhi in her bedroom, in the pretense of bringing them closer. On the other hand, the moments shown between Sai and Neil’s brother also rubbed them in the wrong side. This did not go down well with the audience who found the content regressive and inappropriate. Many have been objecting to the storyline and are expressing their anguish over the same.

Sorry, we won’t. We love Neil and Ayesha equally. SaiRat matters to us alot. We’re trying to stand up for what’s right. These hardworking people deserve better content.”
