Gurmeet Choudhary and wife Debina Bonnerjee test positive for Covid-19

Coronavirus is spreading like wildfire and the entertainment industry has also fallen prey to it. Television actors Debina Bonnerjee and her husband Gurmeet Choudhary has tested positive for Covid-19 and they have isolated themselves.

Gurmeet took to his Instagram account and informed his fans about his health, she wrote, “My wife Debina and I have tested positive for COVID-19 today. We are, touch wood, doing fine and are taking all the necessary precautions in isolation at home. We request all those who have been in contact with us to take care. Thank you all for your love and support.(sic)”

Debina also took to her Instagram and informed her fans as well.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, a source had informed that Gurmeet and his wife were planning a trip to Goa, but ahead of that they decided to stop at Lonavala and they left at September 21, returned 2 days later. A source close to the actor revealed to the portal that Gurmeet’s body temperature has risen ever since.

“They took all the precautions while travelling and were conscious not to risk themselves in any way. He initially thought the fever was viral and despite a definite improvement in his condition, decided to take the test on Tuesday as a precautionary measure. However, both he and Debina are doing fine.” the source said.
