Paras Chabbra-Mahira Sharma supply food packages to the underprivileged amidst Covid-19 outbreak – watch video

With the outbreak of Coronavirus, scarcity of essential products is increasing. Everyone’s basic needs are being compromised because of the current crisis. In this time of despair, celebrities have been helping out to the best of their capabilities by donating for the underprivileged as much as they can. Similarly, ‘Bigg Boss 13’s Paras Chabbra and Mahira Sharma were recently seen helping out those in need by distributing food packages.

Paras took to his Instagram handle to share a video of himself and Mahira giving out food packages to needy people. Paras, Mahira and their team were well guarded with masks and gloves while they gave out food supplies. Paras captioned the video as, “So finally we both decided to help and distributing essential food packages to the underprivileged with the guidelines issued by WHO- wearing a mask and practising social distancing ?(sic).”

Whereas, Mahira shared the same video and explained that posting the video was not under the agenda of ‘Showing off’; instead they wanted to encourage people to do the same and help out in this time of crisis.

The actress wrote, “We do understand most of you think it is a showoff and we respect your views. Even we believe that donation is something we do from our heart and there shouldn’t be any evidence of the same. But honestly, it was a genuine effort to motivate people to do their bit in these trying times. We are all in this together guys. We have a shared purpose. That’s all we would want to say right now. Stay positive and stay safe! We will get through this…together!”
