‘Gulabi 2.0’ from ‘Noor’ is an intoxicating old wine in new bottle that will spin you around

It’s the season to recreate old songs. After grooving to the tunes of ‘Tamma Tamma Again’, Sonakshi Sinha-starrer ‘Noor‘ has offered us a new take on ‘Gulaabi Aankhen’, the romantic number which was originally picturised on Rajesh Khanna and Nanda, and has been recreated ‘n’ number of times. So, what has ‘Gulabi 2.0’ got to offer us? Absolutely everything delirious.

The song is truly an old wine in a new bottle. It will spin you around and set you grooving to its intoxicating tunes. The tedhi savitri kicks in as Sonakshi Sinha aka Noor goes crazy with her friends (Kanan Gill, Shibani Dandekar), and the vocals of Amaal Malik and Tulsi Kumar give the song a youthful kick. This one is surely going to be a hit number on the dance floors, for the season.

Starring Sonakshi Sinha, Kanan Gill, Purab Kohli, and others, ‘Noor’ is the adaptation of the novel ‘Karachi, You’re Killing Me’, by Pakistani author Saba Imtiaz, though the movie location has been changed to Mumbai. It is all set to hit the screens on April 21.
