‘Partition: 1947’ trailer: Hidden facts come to surface with this Huma Qureshi-starrer

The makers of ‘Partition: 1947’ have released the Hindi trailer of this film and we must say it is quite good. The movie is based on the true incidents during the last months of British rule in India. This historical drama film is a British-Indian project, with the English counterpart being titled ‘Viceroy’s House’. Talking about the Hindi trailer, it is really good. Indeed, it could have been better, for the overall impact at the end is not as forceful as it should be. The film comprises an ensemble cast with some Hollywood artistes but if we talk about our Indian actors, Huma Qureshi and late Om Puri make their presence felt in this trailer. Apart from them, Manish Dayal (American film actor) also shines in the trailer.
