Aamir Khan offers his condolences to Irrfan Khan; says, “You’ve brought joy to our lives with your work”

Aamir Khan may have never worked with Irrfan Khan, but the two superstars were really close. When Irrfan was just diagnosed with the deadly disease, and he had to rush abroad for treatment leaving the promotions of his movie ‘Blackmail’ midway, Aamir along with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan came forward for the promotions of the movie and helped in whichever way possible. Now, Aamir has offered his condolences to the family after the passing away of the unsung superstar Irrfan Khan.

Taking to his Instagram stories, Aamir posted a heartfelt message for Irrfan and his family. Have a look:

Aamir Khan wrote, “Very sad to hear about our dear colleague Irrfan. How tragic and sad. Such a wonderful talent. My heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. Thank you Irrfan for all the joy you have brought to our lives through your work. You will be fondly remembered. Love. a. (sic).”

Irrfan Khan left for his heavenly abode this noon at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai after being admitted yesterday for a Colon infection. He lost his mother, who was 95, on Saturday, and couldn’t even attend her funeral as he wasn’t able to go to Jaipur due to the lockdown. He attended the funeral via video conference and the tragic turn of events happened that just 4 days later, he too left for his heavenly abode.
