After Shilpa Shetty, Vivek Oberoi joins Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force

After Shilpa Shetty, actor Vivek Oberoi announced that he will be part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe with his series Indian Police Force. The series also stars Sidharth Malhotra in lead roles and Rohit Shetty had introduced him in his initial announcement. Well, looking like joining the team of officers is Vivek Oberoi who is the ‘most experienced senior officer’ of the squad.

Vivek took to his social media account and shared his poster from the series in which he was seen all geared and suited up in a police uniform as he was standing behind a car police car with his gun. Sharing the poster on his social media account, Vivek wrote in the caption, “Charged to join the best force : “Indian Police Force” and be a supercop in the Rohit Shetty Cop Universe! Thank you bro @itsrohitshetty for trusting me with this amazing role! Shilpa took to the comments and wrote, “Wohooooo.. can’t wait to work with you Vivek!! You’ve got an “edge” ??‍♀️???”, Akshay Oberoi wrote, “Yessssss!!!!!!!!! ??????”, Riteish Deshmukh wrote, “Bro you are looking smashing !!!!!”

Rohit Shetty had also shared the poster on his social media account and shared the poster with a caption that read, “Meet the most experienced senior officer of our squad. Welcome aboard Vivek!!!(sic)”

Talking about the series, Rohit had earlier said in a statement, “Indian Police Force is a very special one for me and I’ve been working on it for years. I’m delighted to be collaborating with Amazon Prime Video to breathe life into this story which will transcend geographies and linguistic barriers, providing me an opportunity to showcase the same to audiences worldwide.”
