Ajay Devgn purchases property worth Rs 45 crores in Mumbai – more details inside

Our very own Bajirao Singham aka Ajay Devgn never fails to impress netizens with his announcements. While the actor amazes everyone with his acting skills and choice of films, he has left everyone stunned with his recent purchase of property.

Ajay Devgn buys office of five units

Reportedly, the actor has purchased a new office spreading across 13,293 square feet in Andheri West. While the space spreads in quite a large area, the office cost will leave your eyes popped. Reportedly, Ajay purchased this office for a whopping amount of Rs. 45 Crore. Quite an investment it is!

Speaking of the office, the three units have a built-up area spreading across 8,405 square feet. The built-up area is situated at Oshiwara’s Signature Building on the 16th floor. While the areas costs Rs. 30.35 crore, the actor has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.82 crore. On the next floor are two units that spread across 4,893 square feet. Though this unit costs Rs.14.74 crores, the actor has paid a stamp duty of Rs. 88.44 lakh for the same.

As Ajay Devgn is the actor’s screen name, the property is registered under the name Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan. Recently, Ajay’s wife Kajol also purchased an apartment in the city for Rs.16.5 crores. Having a carpet area of 2,493 square feet, the purchase comes with slots to park four cars.

The actor will now be seen in his upcoming film Maidaan playing the role of legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. The film is in the pipeline and will be released soon. Apart from Maidaan, the actor will also be seen in highly anticipated Singham 3 alongside Deepika Padukone.
