EXCLUSIVE: Ali Fazal aka Zafar to make a special appearance in Fukrey 3? Find out!

Fukrey 3 is one of the most awaited films this year. Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Pankaj Tripathi, Varun Sharma, and Manjot Singh starrer Fukrey 3 is set to release tomorrow i.e. 28^th September. Earlier it left many fans disappointed when the news of Zafar aka Ali Fazal missing from the third part was revealed. However, fans can rejoice s he will once again be a part of the ensemble cast. How, you ask? Well, this time Ali Fazal will be seen as a special guest in Fukrey 3.

Ali Fazal to make a cameo in Fukrey 3

As per a source close to the production, Ali has a cameo in Fukrey 3. No doubt, it’ll be a treat to watch him onscreen again. Well, the decision to keep Ali’s character and role in the upcoming film has piqued curiosity among his fans and industry insiders for all the right reasons. With Ali’s previous contributions to the Fukrey series, it is no wonder that his presence in the third part has become a talking point. Given that there are only few hours left for the release, the level of excitement is too high.

Earlier in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Ali was asked about his absence in Fukrey 3. He had said, “Bhai simple answer hai, dates nahi thi (The answer is simple, there were no dates.” Adding to that, his co-star Pulkit revealed that when they were shooting for the third part in Delhi, Ali was bust with Kandahar. For the uninitiated, Kandahar is a Hollywood movie which also stars Gerard Butler.

Ali had aslo released a statement on social media. A part of it read, “Everyone is asking me about Zafar not being in Fukrey. Sorry my friends, this time he won’t. At times Zafar has to become Guddu and these two universes at times overlap. Once a fukra always a fukra so I am around. But I won’t be coming on screen for the third outing of the Fukras, Bholi and Panditji. I would have wanted to be a part of it but time and schedules didn’t allow me to.”

However, now fans can rejoice as Ali has a special cameo in Fukrey 3. The third part is directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba who also helmed Fukrey, as well as Fukrey Returns.
