Amitabh Bachchan informs he ‘got injured’ during Project K shoot in Hyderabad: Movement and breathing painful

Actor Amitabh Bachchan, who was shooting for his movie Project K informed fans he has ‘got injured’ on the sets. The actor took to his blog and updated his fans about his health. Big B was filming for Project K co-starring Deepika Padukone and Prabhas in Hyderabad. He has also mentioned about experiencing pain.

Amitabh Bachchan gets injured on Project K sets!

In his blog, Sr Bachchan revealed that he ‘popped’ a rib cartilage while filming for an action sequence on the movie set in Hyderabad. He further shared that he is ‘mobile a bit for essential activities’. Big B mentioned his injury being ‘painful’ and assured he is on medication for the same.

The 80-year old star wrote in his blog, “In Hyderabad at the shoot for Project K, during an action shot, I have got injured – rib cartilage popped broke and muscle tear to the right rib cage, canceled shoot, did Doctor consult and scan by CT at the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad and flown back home. Strapping has been done and rest been advocated. Yes painful. On movement and breathing, will take some weeks they say before some normalisation will occur. Some medication is on also for pain.”

Amitabh Bachchan revealed that all work that was to be done has been ‘suspended’ and ‘canceled’ until he is healed. He wrote, “So all work that was to be done has been suspended and canceled dropped postponed for the moment until healing occurs.” The actor shared he is resting at his house Jalsa.

Sr Bachchan’s message for fans

Bachchan, who was meeting his fans every Sunday, outside his house requested his fans to not come. He also asked the ones who are visiting to inform prior to their arrival. Big B said he would be ‘unable to meet’ fans due to his injury.

The Uunchai actor wrote, “It shall be difficult or let me say I shall be unable to meet, the well wishers at Jalsa Gate this evening. So do not come and do inform as much as you can to those that intend coming. All else is well.”

On the work front, the superstar was last seen in Uunchai. He has a busy year ahead with several movies in his kitty. Apart from Project K, Sr Bachchan has The Intern with Deepika Padukone. He is also set to make special appearances in Ghoomer, Tiger Shroff starrer Ganpath, and a few others.
