Aryan Khan, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday, October 3. The star kid was first detained by the agency sleuths during a raid conducted on a cruise ship, off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan was detained on Saturday night including 10 others. It was reported on Sunday that the star kid was sent to NCB custody. He was taken to Killa court by the officials. According to a new report, the NCB won’t seek further custody of Aryan Khan in connection to the cruise drug seizure case.

In a significant development in the cruise drug seizure case, lawyer Satish Maneshinde, representing Aryan Khan in the case will be applying for his bail on Monday, October 4. The Times of India reported that Maneshinde said that “no incriminating material” was recovered from Aryan Khan and there was no possession or evidence of consumption.

He added, “Although the sections under which Aryan Khan has been booked are all bailable offences, I am willing to settle for one day’s NCB custody so that we can file for bail before the regular court.”

The bail hearing of the star kid will take place today, in the noon. The advocate plans to move the Bombay High Court in the matter. According to the report, the moment Aryan will be sent to judicial custody, his lawyers will apply for bail.

In pictures clicked by the paparazzi, Aryan Khan was clicked leaving with the NCB officials from Killa court. He was even snapped when he was seated in the police van. Earlier, the star kid was clicked when he was taken for further medical tests to JJ hospital, after his arrest in the cruise drug seizure case.

For the unversed, Aryan made it to the headlines on Saturday night, after his detention. The NCB busted an alleged rave party on a cruise ship. The agency sleuths appeared as passengers on the cruise ship.
