Babil Khan shares unseen pics of Irrfan Khan with Tom Hanks; talks about late father’s ‘insane legacy’

Late actor Irrfan Khan is missed by family, and fans even today. His son, Babil Khan, an aspiring actor is all set to mark his Bollywood debut soon. The star kid has been constantly sharing unseen pictures of Irrfan, remembering him. On Monday, September 27, Babil Khan shared a new bunch of pictures on his Instagram. He posted a string featuring his dad, posing with some Hollywood biggies. The star kid shared the pictures of his dad, remarking that he has an ‘insane legacy’ to live up to.

In the first picture, Irrfan Khan is posing for the camera with Steve Buscemi. The second picture shows a selfie featuring Tom Hanks with Irrfan and the cast of the film Inferno. They were on the sets of the film Inferno. The third photo was clicked on the sets. It shows Irrfan and Tom Hanks enjoying a laugh. Actress Felicity Jones is clicked in the background.

Babil Khan shared the pictures and spoke about his father’s ‘insane legacy’ he has to live up to. He shared the photos and captioned them, “F**k. I have an insane legacy to live up to. (sic)

For the unversed, Irrfan Khan played the role of ‘The Provost’ in the film on the same name. The film was an adaptation of Dan Brown’s popular novel. Tom Hanks featured as a Harvard cryptologist.

Irrfan Khan passed away on April 29, last year. The actor is survived by his wife Sutapa Sikdar, and sons Babil and Ayaan Khan. He died after a two-year battle with cancer in 2020.

On the work front, Babil Khan is gearing for his acting debut in the Netflix film Qala. The film stars Triptii Dimrii. The star kid also has a film with Shootjit Sircar.
