Actor Radhika Madan who is currently in the news for her recently released film Shiddat spoke about rejection. In an exclusive interview with BollywoodBubble, the actor revealed that she had lost out on an opportunity to make her big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar’s production film, Student Of The Year 2. Rejection is part and parcel of life, or should we say in the Bollywood industry. Many actors in the Telly world or in the tinsel town have faced rejection on many grounds. One of them is Radhika Madan who was replaced in SOTY 2.

According to the Angrezi Medium actor, Radhika revealed to have given the worst audition of her life but also clarifying that she was not rejected on basis of her being an outsider or her looks but because of her bad audition. She exclusively told us, “During Student Of The Year 2, I just gave the worst audition of my life. I wasn’t rejected because I was an outsider or didn’t look like a certain way, no, I gave like the worst audition, like mein ulti kar deti thi audition mein, mujhe koi gham nahi tha. That taught me a major lesson in my life, that taught kyuki hum itna fascinate ho jaate hai na tags se name se, ki hum jo wo chahte hai wo hum  banna jaate hai, toh hum wo kaise banege jo hum hai toh aur  hum naya kaise offer karenge.” After hearing her statement, Sunny Kaushal, her co-star in the film, was highly impressed with it and was certain to use her quote in his life.

The point is…” she continued. “Ki uske baad jo mene jo bhi kiya mene bola ki banke toh dekh liya aur maza toh aata hai end mein. Bukwaas karke aa jaate hai, khudki bezati ho jaati, maze toh karke aaye kum se kum. Now when I’m getting things I think, it is also because I don’t want to be what people want me to be. I just want to be honest and authentic, I want to offer a piece of meat to the world. That is it,” she said to us.

Student Of The Year 2 was then made with Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday. The stunning ladies made their Bollywood debut with this film.

Film Shiddat starring Radhika Madan and Sunny Kaushal is making many fall in love or at least in the idea of being in love. The film talks about passionate love and how far can one go for love. BollywoodBubble gave 3.5 stars to this mushy romantic drama.
