Finally: Freida Pinto replies to Hrithik Roshan’s praise

Bollywood’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan was recently bowled over by actress Freida Pinto’s dancing moves. The actor had tweeted his appreciation of the Slumdog Millionaire actress dance moves in her upcoming film ‘Desert Dancer’. Hrithik Roshan was surprised when the actress did not respond to his tweets.

Later in the day the Bang Bang actor tweeted his hurt on being ignored by Freida. Hrithik even tried to contact her personally but to no avail. Hrithik then tweeted, “Has anyone out there seen ‘Desert Dancer’? Pure passion ignited. Most incredible film I have seen. Such amazing actors. Bravo to d entire team. N how amazing is Frieda Pinto. Nver seen anyone dance like that. Wanted 2 wish her but she doesn’t pick up my phone! Maybe she’l get this. ;)”

Sems like after being informed about Hrithik Roshan’s praise Freida who is not quite so active on social network tweeted her apology. She said, “Gosh why would I ignore him? We’ve had a lovely email exchange. I did miss his call because I was travelling but it’s very kind and humble of him to make sure his congratulatory note reached me. In fact, it was some of his fans and followers who are my friends who urged me to read his tweet. I’m very thankful to him especially since dance and respect for this art form is an inherent part of who he is. He has inspired me to continue pursuing expression through movement in my career.”

So does this mean that we shall sometime in future see the two talented dancers displaying their talent onscreen together?
