Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel star in the eagerly awaited Gadar 2, whose trailer was recently unveiled. The hype surrounding the movie has only increased since then. Gadar 2 not only continues the story from the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha but also brings back some of the iconic songs. Previously, the remake of the song Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava was released from the earlier part. Now, fans are treated to another iconic song’s remake, Main Nikla Gaddi Leke.

On Wednesday, Sunny Deol took to his Instagram to share the latest song from Gadar 2. Yes! It’s the remake of the classic song Main Nikla Gaddi Leke, and it’s certainly evoking some wonderful memories. The song beautifully showcases the lovely bond within the family. The video begins with their on-screen son, Utkarsh Sharma, known as Charanjeet, requesting his parents Tara (Sunny) and Sakina (Ameesha) for a motorbike. It’s a joyful and celebratory song that also highlights the timeless romance between the on-screen couple, just like before. Sunny brings back the iconic dance step, which undoubtedly brings a smile to our faces. The song is a perfect blend of heartwarming family moments, romance, and celebration.

Sharing the video of the song, the actor wrote, “Sab faatak, sab signal yeh log tod aaye…. #MainNiklaGaddiLeke is out, tune in now. (Link in bio) #Gadar2 aa rahi hai bade parde par lagane iss Independence Day! Cinemas mein 11th August se.”

The classic song Main Nikla Gaddi Leke was originally written by the legendary late lyricist Anand Bakshi. The original composition was done by Uttam Singh, but now it has been recreated by Mithoon. The song features the melodious voices of the father-son duo, Udit Narayan and Aditya Narayan, along with Mithoon.

Anil Sharma has returned as the film’s director. Gadar 2 has a release date of August 11, 2023 and it clashes with Akshay Kumar’s OMG 2 at the box office.
