Everyone knows, 12 years ago Sanjay Leela Bhansali had a dream of casting Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in his ambitious project Bajirao Mastani, but it couldn’t happen. But still audiences will feel the presence of Salman and Aishwarya in this soon to release film.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has composed Music for his latest film, has decided to bring back one of his favourite songs from his 1999 hit film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.’ ‘Albela Sajan Aayo Re,’ sung by the late Ustad Sultan Khan, Shankar Mahadevan and Kavita Krishnamurthy was a song which showed the character of Sameer played by Salman Khan learning Music from actor Vikram Gokhale who played the On Screen father to the character of Nandini played by Aishwarya Bachchan.

“Bhansali Sir retained the original lyrics and roped in six singers, including me, to sing it,” informs Shashi Suman the singer who had earlier composed songs for SLB in his production ‘Mary Kom.’

Listen to the new version of the song and just imagine how Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone would be recreating the same Magic on Silver Screen.
