Huma Qureshi transforms into popular chef Tarla Dalal for her next, fans say she is ‘unrecognisable’

Huma Qureshi is all set to star in her first biopic ever as she transforms herself into popular chef Tarla Dalal and she will leave you stunned. Huma shared the first poster from the film on her social media account. In the Tarla poster, Huma is seen wearing prosthetics as she gives a cute smile with a rolling pin tucked in her saree.

Tarla Dalal was a food writer, chef, cookbook author, and host of cooking shows. She specialized in Indian and particularly Gujarati cuisine. Huma shared the poster and penned a sweet note for the late chef. The actress also revealed that the team has begun filming for the biopic.

Sharing the poster on her social media account, Huma wrote in the caption, “#Tarla ke tadke se aata hai mann mein ek hi sawaal ? Kab milega mauka to experience unke swaad ka kamaal ? ?? Miliye Tarla Dalal se aur jaaniye unki masaledaar kahaani??? Filming now! (sic)”

The Tarla Dalal biopic is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, and Nitesh Tiwari. The Huma Qureshi starrer will be directed by Piyush Gupta.
