IIFA 2022: Shahid Kapoor goes down on one knee for Ananya Panday as they prep for their performance

This time, IIFA is going to be bigger and better. Several Bollywood actors including Shahid Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and others are going to be a part of the event. The stars who have arrived in Abu Dhabi for IIFA have been sharing pictures and keeping fans updated and entertained.

Ananya Panday recently took to her Instagram Stories to share pictures with Shahid Kapoor. In one picture, Shahid and Ananya are seen prepping for their performance. The actors will be performing together at the IIFA. In another picture, they are seen sitting looking at his phone.

In the first picture, Shahid is seen sitting on his knees as he held Ananya’s hand. Sharing the photo, Ananya wrote, “Dancing with my favourite dancer and person @shahidkapoor.”

In another picture, Ananya and Shahid are sitting together, looking at Shahid’s phone. Ananya shared the photo and added the sticker ‘top secret’.

Reacting to the photo, a fan commented, “Shahid be like – “dekh ye vala dance step aise karna hai”.. And ananya be like – “ye toh bada tough lgra hai.” Another one wrote, “Both looking fab – talent and hard work.” “Hayee,” wrote a fan. Another one wrote, “Cutiees.”

At the biggest event of the year, Shahid will be paying a tribute to legendary music composer Bappi Lahiri. On Thursday, at the press con of the event, Shahid talked about his performance. The actor said, “I am paying a tribute to Bappi Da with my performance. I will dance to his evergreen songs. This time I am not performing on my songs… my performance is just for Bappi Da.”
