Is Salman Khan ‘Rajinikanth Of Bollywood’?

South Superstar Rajinikanth  has an enviable fan following . Hundreds of fans gather to catch a glimpse of the star. They worship him . There is only one star from Bollywood- Salman Khan, whose fan following reaches quite close to Rajini Sir.

As per sources, Rajinikanth fans go crazy whenever his movie is up for release , same for Salman Khan too. Superstar Salman Khan, who has a huge fan following is often termed as ‘Rajinikanth of Bollywood’. The Dabangg Khan was compared to the Tamil superstar keeping the fan followers in mind by traders.  But Salman Khan who himself a follower of Rajinikanth, was heard telling, “I do not consider myself that way (Rajinikanth of Bollywood). As a person, if I come close to him, I would be really happy.It  will take another me 20 years to reach near what Rajinikanth has achieved”.

Sources further added that  Salman said, “I stand for justice every day. I consider myself as a common man as I do things which a common man does in day-to-day life. Like I ride bicycle, rickshaw, I prefer taking fresh air while traveling in car, etc. Whatever I am today…a superstar is because of my fans. If they would not have loved my first film ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya,’ then I would not be here.”

Salman in many ways is like Rajni Sir, both are people’s person and both are heavily involved in charity work.
