Now, they are all set to come up together in an upcoming movie Mr. and Mrs. Mahi. Yes, Janhvi and RajKummar are all set to star in their second collaboration. Janhvi Kapoor and RajKummar Rao’s new movie Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is all set to take the audience on a rollercoaster of emotions, fun and entertainment. On this note, the netizens are waiting with bated breaths for Mr. and Mrs. Mahi to hit the release date. Janhvi Kapoor and Karan Johar took to their official Instagram handles to announce the new release of the movie. Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is all set to hit the theatres on April 19th, 2024. Sharing the announcement post, Karan Johar wrote, “It’s all heart and more, that makes a magical story ‘pitch-er perfect’!(hearts) #MrAndMrsMahi in cinemas on 19th April, 2024.”

Janhvi Kapoor opens up about Mr. and Mrs. Mahi

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Janhvi Kapoor revealed she had suffered injuries during the film shoot. Janhvi said, “I shot Mr and Mrs Mahi. I think doing that caused quite a bawaal in my life because of my injuries and various other reasons. And it went on for a while and so things kept getting planned and then cancelled and moved around. So, it was changing a lot of things in my life. It was a very intense film to shoot and it was physically demanding. So, me and Sharan who are very close we’d also get into fights and it was just a very hectic time, I think.”

Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is an upcoming movie directed by Sharan Sharma. It is presented by Zee Studios and Dharma Productions. Reportedly, the movie is based on the life of cricketer and former team India Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Starring Janhvi Kapoor and RajKummar Rao in the lead, Mr. and Mrs. Mahi is produced by Karan Johar, Zee Studios, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta.
