I still look for you everywhere mumma: Janhvi Kapoor pens an emotional note for Sridevi ahead of death anniversary

Late actor Sridevi was one of the iconic actresses in Bollywood. The lady has amazed everyone with her stellar performances and entertained us for over 5 decades. However, Sridevi ji passed away on February 24, 2018, shocking the entire nation. Now, ahead of her death anniversary, actor Janhvi Kapoor, the elder daughter of Sridevi, remembered her late mother as she penned an emotional note for her on Instagram.

Sharing a candid picture with her mother on her page, the Dhadak actor mentioned that she still looks for her everywhere and everything she does, it starts with her. She captioned the photo with, “I still look for you everywhere mumma, still do everything I do hoping I’m making you proud. Everywhere I go, and everything I do- it starts and ends with you.”

Janhvi on losing her mother:

In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, Janhvi opened up about how the family was devastated after her mother Sridevi’s demise. “It’s a modern family for sure I think. It’s hard for us to say completely for me Khushi, Arjun and Anshula didi to say complete ever because we are missing a very integral part of the family in our head but I think what we’ve done for each other or at least what I feel they’ve done for me has given me some semblance of. I don’t know if normalcy is the word but security and stability and comfort and so much love, that they have become my strength.”

Sridevi death:

Sridevi passed away on February 24, 2018, in Dubai. Reportedly, she was found in the bathtub of her hotel room.
