Janhvi Kapoor Reveals Seeing Her Morphed Image On P*rn Site At 15, Calls Incident Weird; Says, “There’s No Morality”

Janhvi Kapoor shared a deeply personal and disturbing experience from her teenage years, revealing that at age 15, she discovered a morphed image of herself on a p*rn site. This shocking incident continues to affect her today. She explained how AI-generated images of her are still circulating online, creating false impressions and impacting her professional and personal life.

In an interview with Raj Shamani, Janhvi recounted the moment she first encountered the image. “I don’t know if it was a deepfake, but it was something like that. I saw a picture of me on a p*rn site,” she said.

She recalled that it happened during school IT classes, explaining, “We had IT class in school, and boys used to go on those sites for fun. My pictures were on there. And this was in school. So that was a really weird experience.”

At the time, Janhvi tried to rationalise the situation. “At some point, I was like — this is the cost you have to pay. There is no morality in a lot of these things with social media,” she shared. However, she added that her outlook has since changed, and these AI-generated images still haunt her today.

The actor admitted she is “not at peace” with the ongoing circulation of these visuals. She explained that AI-created images of her are being shared even by official news pages, depicting her in outfits and poses she has never worn or posed for.
