Kangana Ranaut’s Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata To Release On THIS Date
In a powerful announcement, the makers of Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata have locked 12th June 2026 as the film’s theatrical release date, unveiling a striking poster that honours those who chose duty over fear when the city was under attack. Inspired by true events, this edgy true-story thriller starring Kangana Ranaut shifts the lens away from weapons and violence to humanity and resolution, inside government hospitals where ordinary people saved the day.
Set against a night of terror, Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata places its nerve centre inside hospital corridors and wards, spaces of relentless pressure where fear was met with presence of mind, compassion, and collective courage. The film chronicles the extraordinary true story of the Hospital Staff, nurses, ward boys, cleaners, lift operators, security staff, and administrative workers, people from every rung of the hospital ecosystem, who stood firm in the face of armed violence. Together, they stood firm in their duty while the city was engulfed by terror. And how they ensured that humanity & spirit of Bharat emerged victorious, and how they would script its bhhagya, all when stepping away would have been easier.
This is the story of the collective duty of the true unsung heroes of society who all came together, turning everyday responsibility into sacrifice. And sacrifice into service to the nation. While terror claimed lives outside, inside Cama Hospital, 400 lives were saved. It was a night when humanity stood taller than fear, and responsibility became an act of courage.
Kangana Ranaut Gives Insights On Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata
Reflecting on the film, Kangana Ranaut shared, “We usually celebrate big, dramatic acts of heroism. But real courage is much quieter. It steps in, stays back, and does what needs to be done. Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata tells an untold story of courage, sacrifice, humanity, and unity, of ordinary people who stood between terror and life itself. This is desh bhakti in its truest sense, where duty turns into action. I feel proud to be part of a story that pays tribute to those who held the city together in its toughest moments. And I’m excited for audiences to watch it on the big screen on 12th June.”

Writer Director Manoj Tapadia said, “On June 12, audiences will witness a tense, emotional, and deeply human thriller.
