Inside pictures and videos: Kapil Sharma’s star-studded musical night was a dreamy affair

Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma hosted a musical evening with wife Ginni Chatrath at their residence this weekend. The musical night was attended by several big singers and musicians including Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Mika Singh, Anu Malik and many others.

Almost all the people who were present at Kapil Sharma’s musical night took to their social media handles and shared a glimpse from the night. Mika Singh wrote on Twitter that this is the first time when he has had such a wonderful evening with immensely talented people under one roof and thanked Kapil Sharma for inviting him on the musical night.

“It was an impromptu plan and what would a gathering of musicians do except sing and play music! All of us wanted to listen to each other sing so we had some small performances which began with Sukhiji (Sukhwinder Singh) crooning his private bandishein (sic),” Jaspinder Narula told Mumbai Mirror. The singer noted that Kapil made a special request for ‘Tare Hain Barat’ from Priyadarshan’s ‘Virasat’, which she ‘sang twice’.
