A delegation of Bollywood celebrities met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Thursday. Following their brief meet, several stars who were present in the meeting took to their social media handles to share their epic selfie with PM Modi. The delegation was comprised of actors like Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, Ayushmann Khurrana, Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal and directors Rohit Shetty, Karan Johar, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Ekta Kapoor.

The energetic ‘Gully Boy’ actor Ranveer Singh did not conclude the meeting without clicking a selfie with Prime Minister and he happily posed for the same.

This meeting was held to discuss the issues faced by the film industry and also how they can contribute in making the society better.

The meeting took place weeks after the PM met Bollywood producers and discussed issues faced by the industry. Following the meet, BJP led government had reduced GST charges on movie tickets.
