Netflix congratulates ‘AndhaDhun’ for national award win; smartly plugs in Radhika Apte’s omnipresence

Friday (9th August) witnessed the announcement of the winners of National Film Awards 2019. Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal bagged the Best Actor award for their performance in ‘AndhaDhun‘ and ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’. Ayushmann’s film also got the Best Movie of the Year award. And thus, the actor and the makers have been getting wishes from all across the globe. What caught our attention was Netflix’s comment on Radhika Apte and the team of ‘AndhaDhun’.

Last year, Radhika Apte was the part of three Netflix web shows -‘Sacred Games’, ‘Lust Stories’ and ‘Ghoul. Now, the streaming giant has jumped to congratulate the beautiful lady who has been associated with Netflix India from a very long time. HSriram Raghavan’s directorial ‘AndhaDhun‘, which raked in big moolah at the Box-Office, also bagged three National Awards this year i.e Best Hindi Film, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Actor (Ayushmann Khurrana).
