Parmeet Sethi Reflects On Tough Times In Marriage With Archana Puran Singh; Says, “We Were Fighting A Lot”

Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi, known for their fun-loving nature, have been married for over 30 years. But like many couples, they too faced tough times in their relationship. Parmeet spoke honestly about a difficult phase in their marriage. He shared that they used to fight often and didn’t get along well for a while.

During this rough patch, Archana encouraged Parmeet to join the Art of Living course to help him find peace. “I didn’t want to go at first, but she made me. I went to Bangalore and did the course,” Parmeet recalled in a vlog with their son Aryamann. “It helped me release all the negativity I was carrying. I cried for my sister who had passed away, something I had never done properly before. I also imagined eating food during meditation and felt healed after that.”

Today, Archana and Parmeet enjoy life with their two sons, Aryamann and Ayushmaan. The family shares their daily life through vlogs, giving fans a peek into their adventures, including a recent trip to Switzerland.

Despite a seven-year age difference, they dated for four years before secretly marrying in 1992. They kept their marriage private for some time to protect Archana’s film career. Now, after three decades together, the couple continues to inspire fans with their bond, honesty, and love for family.
