‘PM Narendra Modi’ is based on the life of Narendra Modi. And just a few days from now, Lok Sabha elections in India will begin. The elections will be held across seven phases and results will be declared on May 23.

According to news agency IANS, the bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi made an observation on the plea by a Congress activist and said: “Why should we direct that an individual be given a copy of the film.”

The bench told the lawyer of the petitioner: “We fail to see how such a direction can be issued… We fail to understand why such a direction be given.” As of now, ‘PM Narendra Modi’ is scheduled to release on April 11.
