Priyanka Chopra gets an apology from a leading publication. Here’s why

Our very own desi girl and also an international sensation, Priyanka Chopra hardly needs any introduction. With many publication houses churning stories just for the sake of earning beard and butter for themselves, sometimes stir harm into the life of the celebrities. And the latest to come under the wrath is, Priyanka Chopra.

Now firstly let us drive you through the whole story. It so happened that PeeCee was a guest on an episode of a video series namely Dirty Laundry, earlier this year for an Entertainment Weekly. Also for the unaware, the talk show is all about fun where a celebrity guest needs to speak about a piece of clothing in their closet, which he/she is emotionally attached to or just can’t live without. And on the show, Priyanka brought along a warm and cosy leather jacket that she claimed belonged to her ex. Piggy Chops further also shared that how badly she loves the jacket as its super comfy and she never gave it back even after the breakup. And now comes the most interesting part. So in a recent issue of Femina, dated November 9, Priyanka was quoted saying “I call him MF” when she was quizzed about the leather jacket that belonged to her ex. But this was never the lines uttered by Priyanka. And so a corrigendum published by Times has literally apologised the actress for quoting her wrong and causing distress and agony to PeeCee and her fans.
