Riteish Deshmukh & Genelia D’souza bring home swanky electric car on Ganesh Chaturthi that costs a fortune-WATCH

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza made a candid appearance in the city with their kids Riaan and Rahyl. The couple was clicked in the city on Wednesday on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2022. They were seen posing for photos after their visit to Arpita Khan’s house for Ganpati darshan. During their exit, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza were spotted with their swanky new electric car.

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi 2022, the couple was clicked arriving in their new luxury car. They arrived with their kids and were seen leaving too. The couple bought home a BMW iX electric car. This is the second electric car owned by the Deshmukhs, after the Tesla X that they own in California, said a report.

Riteish Deshmukh and his lovely wife added the BMW iX electric car in maroon that costs a fortune. Reportedly, the swanky electric car comes at a whopping cost of Rs 1.16 crore across India which is the first-ever all-electric variant of the iX. As per a report in Hindustan Times, the car’s on-road price in Mumbai comes around Rs 1.43 crore in most parts.

It was on Wednesday that Genelia D’Souza took to her Instagram and wished her fans on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi. She shared a heartwarming family photo with Riteish, and her sons. The actress extended warm wishes and wrote, “From our family to yours … good wishes, prosperity, happiness and abundance of love on this auspicious day. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. #ganeshchaturthi #ganesha @riteishd.”

Meanwhile, during their latest appearance on Wednesday, the celebrity couple sported a classy cream coloured look. They opted for ethnic wear and looked adorable.

Work-wise, Riteish is all set to feature in Sajid Nadiadwala’s directorial comeback movie titled 100%. The film also features Nora Fatehi, Shehnaaz Gill and John Abraham. Deshmukh has other projects too.
