EXCLUSIVE: Rohit Shetty gets asked who is his favourite actor and his reply is not what you expected

Rohit Shetty is one of the most talented and loved directors in the business. His movies are known for kick-ass action and vibrant vibes. Rohit had worked with Ajay Devgn in multiple movies and the two share quite the brotherly bond. Rohit and Ajay have worked in Bol Bachchan, Singham 1 and 2. Apart from that, Ajay has always had a special appearance in Shetty’s other cop universe movies like Simmba and now Sooryavashi as well. Apart from Ajay, Rohit has also worked with Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, so when the ace director sat down for a chat with us, we decided to put him in a tough spot and ask him who is Rohit Shetty’s favourite actor?

But, it true blue Rohit Shetty style, the Simmba director blew us away with his heartwarming answer. Rohit said while he does not have a favourite actor because all are his favourites, but Ajay Devgn will always hold a special place in his heart as he is his brother. Shetty also said that the whole world is aware of his bond with Ajay but other than that, there is no one favourite actor as it will be difficult for him to pick.

Rohit said, “All are my favourites. I can’t pick one. No. It will be difficult, Ajay Devgn has a special space in my life. That the whole world knows about it, there is nothing to hide on it. That will always be, he is my brother. Other than that, if you ask me, I only work with people whom I love. Otherwise, I don’t work with them. So I can’t go on set thinking, ‘Arey yaar, aaj iske saath kaam karna hai.’ There has to be a bonding and that is the reason why we’re so successful.”
